The Department of Pediatric Dentistry teaches undergraduate students in the clinical years: Phantom course - 4th year and clinical studies - 5th and 6th years.

Extramural Teaching

The Department is active in community activities, such as outreaching day-care centers and elementary schools in deprived areas. Children are examined for oral and dental problems, and oral health instructions are provided to the children, parents and staff. Children from these centers are treated at our Department Clinic.

The Department also participates in the "Special Olympics" games held every year. Faculty and students carry out dental examinations and provide oral health care instructions to all participants in the Special Olympics.
